2233/5000 Requirements: Skyrim SE, Update, Hearthfires add-on
This mod adds a circular garden space to Whiterun opposite the town of Jorvaskr. The garden is old and ruined, someone just put some stairs in recently. The garden has benches under a tattered trellis, old broken statues and a pool where you can swim. There is also a pond and chairs on the top of the tower. There is an an in the garden, it does not belong to you and it will not be reset.
This mod may not be compatible with Open Cities as its Tamriel side model is different from the Whiterun model. The Tamriel side model is smaller but somewhat distorted as it is located next to where Whiterun is surrounded if you choose to play it.

-You cannot set foot in the pond at the top of the tower. This is because the collision mesh of the tower itself does not follow the tilt of the object mesh.
-The entrance to the garden blocks part of the street. My bad. However, the street is full of dead ends so I don't actually know if security guards patrol there. I never saw anyone turn left, so I just blocked the street. If anyone still manages to squeeze in there and gets stuck, please let me know and I will remove the navmesh on that street entirely. Or put it on the stairs and add some navmesh to the flow so npcs can pass it.
I love the idea of old, forgotten places with old, forgotten stories. Most of Whiterun lies in ruins anyway, so who's to say there were no gardens there? Balgruuf didn't have the money to fix things, so no one cared about it anymore. Some citizens dragged the chair with them, while another took a step, but otherwise no effort was made to restore the position. How old are you? Is this a relatively new product that has simply stood the test of time, or was it built a thousand years ago? Maybe it's older and was built by settler Joel Waskel Boat or some of its descendants? Well, whoever it is, they are shrouded in the mists of time...

This mods adds a circular garden space to Whiterun, on the opposite side of town to Jorvaskr. The garden is old and ruined with the exception of some stairs that someone has put in place fairly recently. The garden has a bench under a broken down trellis, a broken old statue and a water basin that you can swim in. There is also a tower top pond and a chair. There is an urn in the gardens that does not belong to you but does not reset either.
This mod probably is not compatible with open cities, because the Tamriel side model of it is different from the Whiterun model. The Tamriel side model is smaller and a little bit squished, because it sits right next to where the siege of Whiterun takes place, should you choose to play that.

-You cannot wade into the tower top pond. This is because of the collision mesh of the tower ruins itself, which does not follow the dip in the object mesh.

I have never seen anyone turn left there, so I simply blocked off the street. If someone still manages to squeeze in there and gets stuck, let me know and I will delete the navmesh on that strip of street entirely. Or put in some stairs and add some navmesh to the stream so npc's can wade through that.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
