Make the city of Whiterun come alive!
MOD INFO：

*No navigation mesh edited - objects are only placed where NPCs won't walk.
*Game crash safe! Carefully tested!
*Small files! Vanilla objects only.
- Safe installation or removal - no scripts added.

MOD NOTE:
*May not work well with mods that modify Whiterun - heavy texturing and/or mesh overhaul mods will work fine.
*Changes only the exterior of Whiterun (inside the portcullis) - I'm currently working on a separate mod that will also overhaul the interior.
Loading order:
*It doesn’t matter where you put it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
