WELLBORNE - WITCH'S HOME
introduce:
This mod is based on The Wellborne Cabin,
Originally created by MrRedMarshmallow.
This is a great little place for those who love nature but don't want to go outside.
emphasize:
I planted a tree and built a small garden inside the cabin. The hut has all the necessities - a pot for cooking, a bed for sleeping, a chest for misc. items, a dresser for clothes, a weapons rack for weapons, a safe for storing valuables, a bucket for food, a place for books above the dining table, and finally, the charming old god of the station right below the statue.
As you can see in the screenshot, the trees are almost dead and the grass is not green. Lack of sunlight does just that.
The house/cottage is located in the village of Falkreath.
You can find the key in jarl's house.
Once you enter Jarl's big house, go to your left and go upstairs. The key is on a small table. You will have to steal it because the house technically belongs to Jarl since the previous occupant died. Once you steal the key, the house is yours.
You will receive the following free warming gifts:
- There are 4 pairs of boots on the chest.
- There are 25 locks in the backpack.
- The bed was a little bland, so I added a nice fluffy pillow to give you a nice reward after you bury your head in it.
- A free bottle of Argonian Bloodwine.
- Finally, a free beer glass to hold your drink.
compatibility:
- My other house mod, Wellborne Legacy Redux (also based on MrRedMarshmellow's mod), is not compatible with this mod as they overwrite each other. Do not use together.

INTRODUCTION:
This mod is based on The Wellborne Cabin,
originally created by MrRedMarshmallow.
This is a good little place for those who enjoy nature but don't want to go outside.
HIGHLIGHTS:
I have planted a tree and built a little garden inside the cabin. The cabin has all the essentials - a pot for cooking, a bed for sleeping, a chest for misc. items, a dresser for your clothes, a weapon rack for your weapon, a safe to store your valuables, a barrel for your foodstuff, a place for your books right above the dining table, and finally, an enchanting station right beneath a statue of the old gods.
As you can see in the screenshots, the tree is pretty much dead and the grass isn't green. The lack of sunlight did that.
The house / cabin is in the village of Falkreath.
You can find the key in the jarl's house.
Once you are in the jarl's big house, go to your left and go upstairs. The key is on a small table. You will have to steal it because the house technically belongs to the jarl now since the previous occupants have died. Once you steal the key, the house is yours.
You receive the following complimentary house warming gifts:
- 4 pairs of boots in a chest.
- 25 lock picks in a backpack.
- The bed is kinda plain, so I included a nice fluffy pillow, which gives you a Well Rested bonus after you bury your head in it.
- A free bottle of Argonian Bloodwine.
- And finally, a free tankard for you to hold your beverages.
COMPATIBILITY:
- My other house mod, the Wellborne Legacy Redux (also based on MrRedMarshmellow's mod, is not compatible with this mod because they overwrite each other. DOT NOT USE TOGETHER.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
