This mod is based on The Wellborne Cabin,

He has given me permission to build a model of a house based on my work and publish it on a separate page.

story:

Your uncle has died, leaving you the family cabin and all its contents, Skyrim's last Wellborne.

feature:

Overall, this is just a very simple house model with some very basic features.

Small cottage in the town of Falkreath, between the houses of Dengeir and the House of Arkay.

Two levels inside; dining and cooking upstairs, reading and sleeping on the stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art shelving and counters and some cool appliances.

Six bookshelves provide plenty of space for your books.

Trophies around the house showcase the history of the owners.

Unique looking arcane enchantments for your enchanting needs.

Storage room with an alchemy station inside. Plus tons of named containers to meet your storage needs.

There are many family stories waiting to be discovered.

Use SSEEdit to completely clean the plugin; all unnecessary instances were removed and records cleaned.

Fixed numerous visual glitches. Streamline various points around the house to make things look cleaner and simpler.

Everything in this mod is done using only original assets. Here are some short stories about "household appliances":

After the Easterners conquered the Nerevarine, the city of Ethos was founded in Akaviri, and the snakefolk lived in peace with the people of Tamriel. A combination of new and advanced technology not seen since the days of the Dwemer has once again been introduced to the realm of Nirn. Now they're available in Skyrim! (They function exactly like the originals; they just look different. :p) (Also, I figured the whole thing out. It's not formal knowledge!)

New kitchen appliances: automatic cookers. (Don’t forget the cold storage on the right!)

And of course the Saichi steam oven.

The bedrooms have been extensively renovated.

A new storage room for your hoarding needs.
