MasterofShadows' third era MoS version of the weapon
I have permission to upload this mod specifically. I did not create this mod, I only updated and compressed the Skyrim Special Edition mod.
What does this mod include?
I compressed all the original mod's esps into a new esp.
Loose files have been repackaged into BSA files.
I didn't make any changes to the mesh or textures themselves from the original MoS version of the mod.
These new weapons are added to various level lists. Currently, this is not done by scripts.
The MasterofShadows version contains new weapons, various bug fixes, and 747823 changes from the original mod.
MoS added proper scripting for silver weapons so that they deal proper damage to undead enemies.
All meshes have been passed through NifOptimizer to ensure they work well with SSE. I tested every weapon in the game and I didn't see anything weird.
Many weapons have been added to the game, a long list to add here. 747823 and MasterofShadows did a great job creating these weapons. They are of very high quality and I would even say they are very friendly. They are based on Morrowind's various weapons.
How is this different from the conventional weapons of the Third Age?
Below is a list of different weapons added to the MoS version that are not among the normal weapons of the Third Age.
Antumbra
5 new sets of katanas/nodachis/tanto and wakizashis - new textures using Fang92 and MasterofShadows.
New weapons and armor "Eastern Glass" - uses a Morrowind style dark green texture implemented by 747823.
Normal weapons from the Third Age have had their values changed, such as weapon speed, weight, and weapon damage to better adhere to weapons that were already in the base game "vanilla".
Also included are the 1H 3rd Generation Orc Sword and 2H Glass Longsword depicted in the photo below.
Now includes "polished" silver weapons, which use a different texture than regular weapons.
Daedric Katanas/tanto/wakizashi now have sheaths.
MasterofShadows used the original mod to fix various bugs including silver weapons not doing proper damage to undead etc.
I believe this pretty much covers it all, but if I've missed anything please let me know.
How to install the mod
Just download the file using your desired mod manager.
It is recommended not to install the mod manually, but if you must, just put the files into the data folder.
This mod does include leveled lists, so if you have other mods that use leveled lists, you may want to incorporate the patch.
I also want to mention that I know very little about creating and modifying meshes themselves. I can't change these weapons because I don't have the ability to be better than here.
I haven't noticed any bugs with this mod. But if something doesn't look right, I'll see what can be done.
For making all these weapons in the first place, points go to MasterofShadows and 747823.
LeofWolf, MasterofShadows granted ownership of the original mod to allow me to upload this version of the mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
