A small script edit to the Wizard Warrior mod allows you to lower the magicka cost multiplier in the MCM, all the way down to 0 if you wish.
The Wizard Warrior by dhxxqk2010 is clearly needed!

describe
============================
Wizard Warrioris is a mod that allows you to cast almost any spell with any weapon, which is awesome. In my opinion, this is a must-have for any warrior/mage hybrid build.
This mod simply edits the Wizard Warrior's MCM script to lower the magicka's cost multiplier below 1.0, which was the original mod's minimum.
It's very simple. Setting the multiplier to 0.5 will make it cost only half of that spell's original mana cost to cast the spell through the weapon, setting it to 0.4 will make it only cost half that mana cost, and so on... You can also now set the multiplier to 0, which will eliminate the mana cost entirely. The original maximum multiplier remains unchanged.
Everything here belongs to it.

Unnecessary recommendation mode
==============================
For me, this version is too cool and not recommended for use anywhere.
Combine Animated Armory with Heavy Armory and Wizard Warrior to have a stave that's actually useful, both for hitting people and for casting any spell you want.
Also, since focus spells can be problematic in the original mod, use Warded Blocking to cast Warded when blocking with any weapon (ala Spellbreaker, for example).

Obviously requires The Wizard Warrior by dhxxqk2010!

DESCRIPTION
=============================
The Wizard Warrioris a mod allowing you to cast pretty much any spell through any weapon, which is awesome. It's a must have for any warrior/mage hybrid builds in my opinion.
This mod simply edits the Wizard Warrior's MCM script to allow you to reduce the magicka cost multiplier below 1.0 which is the original mod's minimum.
This is pretty straightforward. Setting the multiplier to 0.5 will make it so that casting your spell through your weapon will only cost half of the spell's original mana cost, setting to 0.4 will make it so that it only costs 40%, ect... You can also now set the multiplier to 0 which will completely eliminate the mana cost. The original maximum multiplier has been left untouched.
That's all there is to it.

UNNECESSARY RECOMMENDED MODS
===============================
This build is too cool for me not to recommend it somewhere.
Use Animated Armoryin conjonction with Heavy Armoryand the Wizard Warrior to have actually useful staves that can both smack people and use any spells you want.
Also, since concentrated spells can be buggy with the original mod, use Warded Blocking to cast a ward when blocking with any weapon, ala Spellbreaker.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
