The mod was created in Creation Kit in 15 minutes. A fully working Waabajack cast that requires no staff or soul gems and uses mana as normal spells. Can be picked up in Riverwood Trader (screenshot shown).
Requires a lot of mana (1-5lvl~200mp at the start of the game), but can be obtained before completing the quest with Sheogorath, and has no skill requirements.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
