[Left] Version 0.1.4.3a update (bug fixes and improved console speed)

Hopefully with this last revision of the 0.1.4.x series, the last major bug should be squashed which was causing the application to register random events, leading to random behavior such as belt slot offset being set to the in-game minimum or maximum and placing quick slots out of reach.

Also added a new faster and hopefully 100% accurate console paste input system, thanks to PortaBob on Reddit for the idea :) If you have issues you can use the checkbox toggle. [/left] [left] With this system, console input is as fast as it gets, SKSE input would be better but we wait this is a really good solution, to make it less intrusive you can try the following submitted by ezbz383

Please feel free to use it with or without credit. I didn't post it on google.com because I didn't get your permission, which isn't a big deal, so I'd rather give it to you to incorporate into your mod if you see fit. If you like, I'll post it on . whatever you want. I'm using it and it's great :)

This is what it does/does:

console.swf - I replaced the black opaque background of the console with a clear background. Simply put, when the console appears, all you see is text.

Ini Tweaks - By adding two lines under [Menu] in SkyrimVR.ini you can make the console almost invisible so that when you switch weapons with the mod there is only a moment of lag and the mouse icon flashes for a second.

So people have some options. They keep the text size but remove the black background from the console. They could reduce the size of the console but keep the background. or any combination thereof. There are many ways to make the console essentially invisible. [/left]

IMPORTANT - See "What's New in 0.1.4a" below for details on the new experimental menu btn mode (I think it will become the default input if anyone likes it) and the replaceable texture feature.

(Note) This program currently only supports English (QWERTY) keyboard layout. This will be fixed in a future version.

"Open ImmersiveVRQuickslotTool.exe, open it's own game, open the steamvr menu and go home, which doesn't close the tool, then I open Skyrim from there and it works fine." Performance is worse on Rift and I'm looking for a fix. Thanks to Rotund_Tuber on reddit and all other redditers who provided reports and feedback. :)

This is a mod/app that creates floating quick icons that you can interact with via motion controllers to switch between weapons and spells, similar to how equipment is stored in VR games like Vanishing Realms.

(Warning) It's still early days, this is basically a proof of concept that will quickly evolve into a more feature rich state. Currently I'm using keyboard emulation to issue console commands. In the near future this will be changed to use SKSEVR which will significantly improve functionality. However, I present this early version here now for those who want to jump in now and provide feedback on future features.

Installation (Manuel)

Extract the IVRQS zip file to the Skyrim VR base application folder. It might be in a path similar to this:

d:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\COMMON\SkyrimVR

This will copy ImmersiveVRQuickslotTool.exe to your Skyrim base folder.

Update your Skyrim plugins.txt file..

Navigate to the file, it may be located in a path similar to this:

C：\ Users \\ AppData \ Local \ Skyrim VR \ plugins.txt

Append the following lines to the file:

• ImmersiveVRQuickSlots.esp

Execute Mod:

Manually execute ImmersiveVRQuickSlotTool, exe application..
