About this mod Machine translation
This is a port of Volthar Manor, with open permission from the original author found in the post section: "I'm still a Ck lad, I don't have SSE yet. Anyone who wants my permission is free to port."
This mode adds Volsa Manor, the historical home of the Volsa vampire family. This is an old solitude-style mansion nestled at the foot of Eldersbourne Peak, tucked into the forest south of Motar, where the main road to Solitude meets the trail to Cold Rock Pass.
This is my first time. Dawnguard is needed. I did it for fun and added a few things I wanted in one place. I also want a mod with lots of hidden passages and easter eggs, I hope I can add enough content. It ended up being almost DLC size. Don't stop exploring!
I'm not an experienced modder, so this mod doesn't have all the perfect static, or a place for all your trophies. What it does offer is a (hopefully) seamless addition to Skyrim's lore and feel, a lot of in-depth lore/background, and some impressive content you don't get to see - there's a lot of it in this mode - I just added a detailed image walkthrough - but I hope you try to figure it out using clues, riddles, and good old fashion exploration.
V1.6 update:
-Fixed lawn mowing and walkways missing ceiling
- Fixed delivery person
- Fixed missing spell FX
-Fixed formatting text issues
-Fixed lighting flickering in some places
-Edit and clean with tes5
I would put this height in your loading order, sometimes the NPC won't load if it is loaded last.
About Volthar:
The Volsa family are Imperial vampires and the second oldest vampire family in the sky. They like nicer things and enjoy obscene wealth and influence (even though their bloodline has thinned). They are both worshipers of Molag Bal and DiBella, and as such, they are ruthless, cunning beasts, masters of the illusive arts, with immense skill in seducing and manipulating mortals. Unlike most vampires, the Voltairean acts within the scheme of mortal institutions, rising to a position of great power and influence over mortal affairs. The Volsans had a great influence in the establishment of Solitude, the establishment of EETC, and the commission and construction of the Blue Palace.

It definitely has some adult content.
Startup mode:
There are two ways to start this mode
- Find the letter that Cicero stole and which he dropped in the Dawnstar Asylum
- Read the letter to the Arch Master.
Required methods:
There aren't really any required mods, but these can help fix some common bugs
Maybe in this mod.
If weapons lying around are not in their boxes, or are lying around doing strange things, try:
-Hellfire Display Box Repair
If the vampire's head is darker and the Guly neck seam is caused by the body texture mods, try this:
-Vampire skin color fixed-VSCF-head and body color
Install:
Put it into a data file, or use a mod manager.
question:
-Dia Nilus has no LOD - This doesn't really affect the look, but it would be cool to have.
-The Arena is interfering with the portals for some reason, specifically the Death Dragon of Dianires. For now, I recommend not saving after using the Arena. There seems to be no problem with the arena in Moon Harbor
-There may be some grammatical errors, at least 15,000 words of written language and background knowledge
-I don't summon a horde of dead warriors I don't know how to …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
