=Feature Summary-Please read before downloading=
This is a complete renovation of Vlindrel Hall in Markarth, with a redefined design and expanded functionality.
The Alchemy Laboratory and the Child's Bed are no longer in the same area, meaning you can purchase both at the same time.
Many new additions such as bathrooms, bard, smith workshop, pantry, bakery workshop and more can be purchased by accessing the convenient House Options board located near the entrance.
The House Options board can also be used to purchase any other furniture available in the vanilla game. A quick and reliable alternative to avoid tedious conversations with Jarl's administrators.
It implements the performance improvements of Skyrim Project Optimization, making this mod remotely compatible with it.
Navmesh has been changed in Vlindrel Hall, so many pre-existing items have also been changed. For technical reasons, which largely depend on how the game engine works, it is highly recommended that you install it on relatively new save-based games where your PC has not yet accessed Vlindrel Hall.

=Design Concept=
My name is Sette and many people in the SKYRIM MODS community know me from my previous projects such as Immersive World En and Palaces and Castles Fortified. In 2015 I created my first SKYRIM mod called Royal Blue Palace, and in the process I began to develop a passion for designing interior spaces, which eventually drove me into the academic world of interior design.
5 years later, I am now putting what I have learned into practice. The challenge is to transform the most barren and boring player's home in SKYRIM into a truly desirable, fully functional estate befitting the "Tower of the Dana River"!
The interiors are inspired by modern industrial design and are filled with the sculptural flair of Dwemer architecture, seamlessly blending with the comfort and warmth of traditional Nordic decor. Superfluous items on the floor (like 50 cabbages and baskets, literally everywhere!) were stripped away to create a sophisticated atmosphere more suited to this historic style.
The living areas were greatly expanded with the addition of a large bathroom hall, a more spacious master bedroom and adjacent multi-family children's bedrooms.

=Home Options Council=
Look to your left as you enter the house and you should find a wooden board that you can interact with. The Home Options Board offers a variety of purchasing options for your home; if you have the money to purchase these options, you can purchase them today!
The "Buy a Home" option will include the basic furnishings of your home. You can obtain these options by talking to the Jarl's Steward, just like in vanilla SKYRIM, and you can also use this option to purchase them without having to visit Understone Keep.
The "Special Purchase" option will include a variety of furniture provided by this mod. These options are only available through the House Options panel, not by talking to Jarl's housekeeper. In the following sections, you can find detailed descriptions of each option.

- Dining table can be arranged

By default, the table is stocked with cooked and uncooked food, silverware, and other miscellaneous items. Many users find this too "cluttered" and this option is the solution.
This option will disable all miscellaneous items on the table and replace the silverware with immovable objects.
Additionally, you will have the ability to dine on your own.
Just click on the dining table and you can place up to 7 food items on these empty silver plates, as shown in my two screenshots in the images section!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
