Vlindrel Hall
I ported this model for Skyrim Special Edition (originally designed by Marxercise at Skyrim Le), I've always liked Skyrim Legendary Edition. From the original document A knowledge-friendly catwalk terrace that extends the approach to your mansion overlooking Magatha. It’s the ideal setting for lavish banquets and also serves as a perch for potted plants.

Original version of Marxercise Legend Edition
I've always loved Skyrim Legend Edition (or Old Edition, as it's known to some), but now that I'm playing the Special Edition, I miss having an open space next to the front door, or resting there when in Stone Town.
I ran 3 nifs through the nif optimizer, compressed the mesh and esp and loaded the file into my mod manager (mo2), opened the file in the creation toolkit and saved it to form 44, then ran the file through sseedit to check it, clean it and launch the game and it worked fine. I hope you can too.

“Who said Stone City has not changed?
Frindrell Hall is a gorgeous cavern, so why the small platform at the front? Even though the view from this hotel is not very big, why shame such a panoramic view? This is just another example of short-sightedness that brings down the game. (Love this Tron reference.)
It curves around a steep waterfall of an underground stream, terminating on the opposite side under Malkath's luckiest junipers. The absence of railings allows for unobstructed views of this majestic city, but homeowners do not notice this height, which is why the vlindrel hall first appeared on the market! Please obey Magath's strict no-spitting ordinance: people trying to sell baskets.
Install
Use your mod manager, or manually put the NIF and esp into your skyim se/data folder.
(Contains ESP+2 non-replacement NIF)
P.S.
It's always nice to see screenshots of your character hanging out in the background. "

I have always liked this mod in Skyrim Legendary Edition (or Oldrim as it is known for some) but now playing the Special Edition and I missed having that open space next to the front door or lounging there when stopping off in the city of stone.
I ran the 3 NIFs through NIF Optimizer, zipped up the meshes and esp and loaded the file into my mod manager (MO2), opened the file in the Creation Kit and saved it to form 44, I then ran it through SSEEdit to check it, cleaned it and booted up the game and it worked perfectly. I hope it does for you guys too.

"Who says nothing changes in a city of stone
Vlindrel Hall is one swanky cave, so why the puny landing out front? Even if the Dwemer weren’t big on landscaping, why dishonour such a panorama? Just another example of the sort of short-sightedness that gets a race derezzed. (Love this TRON reference.)
The stoop arcs left, enwreathing the steep cascade of an underground stream and terminates on the opposite face beneath Markarth’s luckiest Juniper. That there is no railing offers an unobstructed view of the majestic city, but homeowners not heeding the elevation is why Vlindrel Hall was in the market in the first place! Please observe Markarth’s strict no-spitting ordinance: people are trying to sell baskets.
Installation
Use your mod manager or if manually drop the Nifs and esp into your Skyim SE /Data folder.
(contains ESP + 2 non replacing NIFs)
P.S
It’s always nice to see screenshots posted of your characters lounging around out back."
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
