Vinis Legit

Patch for Vinis Legit Food and Rest to support official and unofficial content add-ons including Hearthfire, Dragonborn, and Beyond Skyrim.

This page is used to host patches for my excellent old mod Vinis Legit Food and Rest to keep it up to date with various content add-ons such as official DLC and Beyond Skyrim.

For those of you who are not familiar with Vini's Legit Food and Rest, I highly recommend trying my other mod, Smart HUD for Vinis Legit Food and Rest. It revolutionizes the food and rest systems, making them extremely intuitive and immersive while being as unobtrusive as possible.

Legends: Supports Hearthfire, Dragonborn and the unofficial Skyrim Special Edition patch.

Bruma: Support Beyond Skyrim - Bruma. Includes cheese cutting and bread breaking like the basic mod.

Require

Vinis Legit food and rest (schedule 20 options)

Convert original mod

Conversion may not be strictly necessary, but it is recommended as a precaution in case older version versions cause unforeseen problems.

Download Vinis Legit Food and Rest and install it using the standard Timescale 20 option.

Delete vinis_food_and_rest.esp.

Open the load order in Wrye Bash, right click on vinis_food_and_rest.esm and "Copy to Esp".

Open Creation Kit, load the esp you just made, and save it again.

Reopen Wrye Bash, right click on vinis_food_and_rest.esp and "Copy to Esm" (replace the old file).

Delete vinis_food_and_rest.esp.

(Optional) Load and resave Loot and Vendor plugins in Creation Kit.

Requirements

Vinis Legit Food and Rest (timescale 20 option)

Converting the original mod

Conversion may not be strictly necessary, but it is recommended to do it as a precaution just in case the old form version causes unforeseen issues.

Download Vinis Legit Food and Rest and install it with the standard timescale 20 option.

Remove vinis_food_and_rest.esp.

Open your load order in Wrye Bash, right-click vinis_food_and_rest.esm, and "Copy to Esp".

Open Creation Kit, load the esp you just made, and resave it.

Re-open Wrye Bash, right-click vinis_food_and_rest.esp, and "Copy to Esm" (replace the old file).

Remove vinis_food_and_rest.esp.

(Optional) Load and resave the Loot and Vendor plugins in the Creation Kit.
