About this mod Machine translation
This mod balances all damaging or useless perks, spells, enchantments and effects. Get ready for new challenging gameplay!
Remember when your buildings ruined the game? When you learn to summon the devil and have twin souls? Or when you double-tap to paralyze, knocking an enemy unconscious? That time when you upgraded an enchantment perk that was more powerful than entering a TGM on the console? Almost all builds are so powerful that the game becomes boring. But it's not enough to appease the overwhelmed. There's still some useless stuff in Horizon, like bundled weapon perks or vampire excrement. I tried to balance everything with this mode, making Skyrim a challenging game from the start, but without adding too much and changing everything we had.
This mode is ideal for experienced players who find TESV Skyrim a real challenge. Set difficulty master from LVL 1 to LVL 30-40, then set difficulty legend to that point to optimize balance.
Also, it is recommended that you download this mod that will disable death animations against the player:
renew
(3/12/2017): Destruction perks, Innovian spells, Dadem of Savant and Saarthal amulets.
(11/Cecenger/2017): Mysterious perks, constituencies, racial power
Let’s get started:
alchemy
- Recovery Potion: The setting values are 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 points.
- No longer set the enhanced attributes of the recovery effect (to prevent exploitation)
- The alchemy effect that damages health/stamina/mana is set to 2 seconds instead of instantaneously.
- The poison allowance is changed to the correct dosage. It will increase the duration of used potions and poisons by 50%.
alteration
Honestly, there's nothing to change here
- Paralysis: 5 seconds
- Mass paralysis: 10 seconds
- Magic: chance of being dull increased from 25% to 10%
Before that, you can double roll Paralysis to put the guy unconscious. Seriously, 30 seconds of paralysis is enough time to do anything.
restraint weapons
With the exception of the bow, the vanilla-bound weapons are fairly balanced. Considering it has no weight, its power attacks consume far less energy. The extra perks you can easily get with spells are not a good choice to invest in points. Also, as a magic weapon, I've changed its purpose so that instead of focusing on DPS, they focus on denying enemies and restoring Magicka.
*Perks*
- Mystical Binding: It is now called "The Conqueror". Increases the base damage of bound weapons. Increases stamina damage and magic weapon damage.
- Soul Thief: Now called "Mysterious Strike". Binding weapons absorbed Magicka. Soul Traps are really cheap and easy to drop, so why is Soul Thief a special deal?
- Forgotten Constraint: It is now called "Cursed Blow". Binding the weapon reduces the target's attack speed by 20% for 3 seconds. Multiple hits restore duration.
*arms*
- Binding sword (novice)
Base damage: 9
Vassal Enhancement: +5 base damage; +10 stamina damage; +10 magic damage
Mysticism Strike Perk: Absorb 10 points of Magicka
- Binding dagger (novice)

Vassal Enhancement: +4 base damage; +10 stamina damage; +10 magic damage
Mysticism Strike Perk: Absorb 10 points of Magicka
- Binding Battle Ax (Apprentice)

Mystical Strike Perk: Absorb 15 points of Magicka
- Restraint Bow (Proficient)

Vassal Enhancement: +6 base damage; +10 stamina damage; +10 magic damage
Mystical Strike Perk: Absorb 15 points of Magicka
I know I know... You really love this, but then you look at the bow and say "Damn, he messed up." So here's the reason: the vanilla bound bow has a base damage of 18 and 24 with extras. Do you know how damaged the dragonfly’s arch base is? 20 points.20 points To get the Dragon Bone Bow, you need to sew 100 times. With the legendary upgrade, you can get 30 points of damage. But then again, there are 100 shards and a game over item. There is another reason: the …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
