Making subtle adjustments to the visuals that I felt were needed...

Vanilla (ENB)

I created this Preset just to address some minor issues I had with Skyrim SE's visuals.

I'm not a fan of straying away from the aesthetic Bethesda originally intended for the game, just simple tweaks to enhance the graphics...

Built for beauty and performance!

This preset is designed to work with Obsidian weather and seasons!

Adjustment

Color Correction | Gamma | Contrast | Tone Mapping | Saturation | SSAO (Ambient Occlusion) | Lumasharpening | More fog!

I've adjusted the fog in many areas to try and remove the "washed out" feel of the game, almost for LOD reasons.

I'm trying to replace it with a subtle static DOF effect (thanks to MartyMcFly)

Install

Go to ENBDev and download the latest binaries.

Open the "Wrapper" folder, copy and paste d3d11.dll, d3dcompiler_46e.dll and enblocal.ini" into your SkyrimSE root folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition

Then put all the files in my preset into the same directory.

Calculate the "enblocal.ini" file to fit your PC. Finish!

The brightness slider should be in the center (see picture)

If you like this ENB, feel free to try my other Gentle Touch presets for Fallout 4!

Tweaks

Colour Correction | Gamma | Contrast | Tone Mapping | Saturation | SSAO (Ambient Occlusion) | Lumasharpening | Fog & more!

I have toned the Fog back in many area's to try and remove that "washed out" feel to the game which is pretty much there for LOD reasons.

I have tried to replace it with a subtle static DOF effect (Thanks go to MartyMcFly)

Installation

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
