About this mod Machine translation

Replaces the vanilla Skyrim music with a darker piano-themed score set in the key of C-minor.

Tired of vanilla music? Doesn't Skyrim think personal game lists are justified?

Until now, most of the community's alternative to standard music has been to add their own music to Skyrim. However, I found that adding regular music to the game significantly reduced the immersion. I've recorded many pieces using Skyrim's piano to create a world I like. The theme is based around a C-minor, built around dark, hard-hitting chords to help emphasize Skyrim's harsh world.

This file is pretty much the same as my Old-rim version, except I removed two tracks that I found fast and annoying.

To prevent the music from getting old, I recommend alternating playing it with and without the music installed.

In case anyone is wondering, these are original works and I am very unhappy that these files have been used publicly without my permission. If you do want to use them though just ask me (sometimes I'm a nice guy and might say yes).

I should give credit to JohnB of Skyrim for creating the Skyrim Audio Converter, which allowed me to complete this project.

Getting tired of the vanilla music? Don't feel like a personal play list is justified in Skyrim?

Up until now the standard music replacement for most of the community has been in the form of adding their own music to Skyrim. However, I find that adding regular music to the game breaks immersion greatly.I have recorded numerous pieces with my piano for Skyrim in an effort to create the world I enjoy. The themes are based on a C-minor heavily surrounding dark, hard hitting chords to help accent the harsh world of Skyrim.

This file is nearly the same as my Old-rim version, except I have removed two tracks I felt became annoying fast.

In an effort to keep the music from becoming old, I would suggest alternating play sessions with and without my music installed.

Just in case anyone is wondering, these are all original works and I am very NOT ok with these files being used publicly without my permission. If you do want to use them though just ask me (sometimes I'm a nice guy and might say yes).

I should give credit to JohnB of the Skyrim who created Skyrim Audio Converter which allowed me to complete this project.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
