Unified Patch Framework (UPF) patch to disable the "reverse gender animation" flag on all affected NPCs

NPCs with this flag enabled will use opposite gender animations. This patch will disable all.

Download the latest zEdit version

Download the patch, unzip it and place the "oppositeAnimationDisabler" folder inside zEdit's modules folder

Open zEdit and select Skyrim or SSE

Press Crtl + Shift + P or click the puzzle piece icon in the title bar

Click Build by zPatch.esp

NPCs that have this flag enabled will use the opposite gender's animations. This patcher disables them all.

Directions:

Download the latest zEdit release

Download the patcher, extract, and place the "oppositeAnimationDisabler" folder inside zEdit's modules folder

Open zEdit and select either Skyrim or SSE

Press Crtl + Shift + P or click the puzzle piece icon in the title bar

Click Build by zPatch.esp

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
