A small patch mainly used to fix CTD in the AHO project
This small patch is to fix the ESL of CTD in the AHO project to complete the "No Corpse, No Case" mission. Those who want something a little tougher can use the optional "Tougher Boss" version. I love Project AHO, but after getting the tea recipe, the game always crashes when returning to Shanath Selthri's house after "No Body No Case" is completed. Of course if you type the PCB you can fix it, but that console command has side effects. However, this has been fixed so you don't have to type.
1.2: Eyeballs should be fixed at the Bkhalzarf Hall. Had to remove the Glow Map shader from the BSEffectShaderProperty because I heard that the shader can only be used on the Glow Shader and not for anything else. From what I've heard, doing otherwise can cause all sorts of nasty problems.

This small patch is an ESL made to fix a CTD in Project AHO after the completion of the quest "No Corpse, No Case". An optional "harder bosses" version is available for those who want harder difficulty. I love Project AHO but the game would always crash when going back inside Shanath Selthri's house after the completion of No Corpse No Case after getting the recipe for tea. Sure, if you type in PCB, that can fix it but that console command has side effects. This however fixes it so you won't have to type that in.
1.2: Should fix the eyeballs at the Bkhalzarf Hall of Spheres. Had to remove the Glow Map shader from the BSEffectShaderProperty as I hear that shader can only be used on a Glow Shader and nothing else. Doing so otherwise from what I have heard can lead to all kinds of nasty issues.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
