About this mod Machine translation
Makes quest lines in the Undeath mod start more naturally.
I'm sure many of you have heard of Antioch08's mod Undeath. It adds a questline that involves stopping the lich from emerging, and offers the chance to become one yourself. However, although the questline doesn't start until level 30, it just suddenly shows up in the journal without warning.
I personally find this immersion-breaking, so I made this plugin to "fix" it. With this addon, the Undeath questline will start with a letter from Illia, delivered after completing the quest "Repentence" and the usual level 30, instead of being thrown at you.
This obviously requires Undeath, and from what I understand should work with the Lich overhaul. As long as the first mission in Undeath is untouched, it will work fine with this addon.

I'm sure many of you have heard of the mod Undeath by Antioch08. It adds a questline involving stopping the emergence of a lich, and provides the opportunity to become one yourself. I personally found this immersion-breaking, so I made this plug-in to "fix" it. With this plug-in, the Undeath questline will begin through a letter from Illia, delivered after completing the quest "Repentence" and the usual level 30, as opposed to being thrown at you.
This obviously requires Undeath, and from what I can tell, should work with lich overhauls just fine. So long as the first quest in Undeath isn't touched, it will play fine with this plug-in.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
