I won't go into details, but here's the follower:

4 vampire minions

Race: Dark Elf Vampire

Gender: Female

Location: Broken Square Cave

Level: With players

Spells: Summon Dremora, Thunderbolt, and Greater Heal (no Vampire Drain)

Skills: One-handed, Archery, Restoration (allows dead bodies), Conjuration, Destruction (increases elemental damage), Light Armor

Fighting style: Dual wielding

Equipment: simple leather armor and steel sword

Marriageable: Yes

I asked her to give me a base, and I wanted to help make the deadliest minion possible: a dual-wielding corpse vampire

Fighting Style: Dual-Wielding

Equipment: Simple Hide Armor and a Steel Sword

Marriageable: Yes

I made her to give me the base I would like to help make the deadliest follower possible: a Dual-Wielding Necromage Vampire

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
