TLDR, I increased the leveling rate to be similar to vanilla Skyrim, edited the rate at which skill leveling contributes to player level so that there is no plateau between level 30-40. On top of that, I reduced the stat gains and slightly increased the perks so players can further explore the perk tree without overdoing it too quickly (an issue with vanilla Skyrim). ————————————————————————————————————————————
