Ulfric and Elisif wearing sawtooth crowns

After completing the quest The Sawtooth Crown, either Ulfric or Elisif will wear it, depending on your allegiance.

The Sawtooth Crown is the first real quest you get in the Civil War questline. It is a powerful symbol of dominance and will strengthen the claim to any would-be "King" or "Queen" of Skyrim.

So why, after going to great lengths to get it back, doesn't Ulfric proudly wear it while commanding his troops? Why didn't Tullius give it to Elisif as he claimed? This mod fixes this inconsistency. After the mission is completed, the crown will no longer disappear from the game, but will be equipped by Ulfric or Elisif, which naturally depends on whether you completed the Stormcloak or Imperial Edition mission. It will also work appropriately if you betray the faction and give it to another party.

Install

Simply install using the Mod Manager of your choice (recommended), or manually extract the download to your data folder.

compatibility

May be incompatible with editing anything in the same task. May conflict with other mods that also edit Ulfric or Elisif clothing. Confirmed compatibility with Immersive Armor. Should be compatible with everything else, including mods that retexture the crown.

So why then, after all that effort to retrieve it, does Ulfric not wear it proudly as he commands his troops? Why does Tullius not give it to Elisif as he claims he will? This mod fixes this inconsistency. Instead of vanishing from the game after the quest completes, the Crown will now be equipped by either Ulfric or Elisif, naturally depending on whether you did the Stormcloak or Imperial version of the quest. It will also work appropriately if you betray your faction and give it to the other side.
