About this mod Machine translation
An overhaul of the skill tree based on what I learned using Ordinator and Perkus Maximus. I'm looking to streamline and streamline everything while staying within vanilla asset parameters. This mode focuses on reducing special point bloat and reworking vanilla perks as new perks to provide greater play style diversity. Currently in progress.
- What is UF-SSE-PERKS-WIP?
UNF****ED Skyrim Special Edition Perks Mod, Work in Progress
This is a simple overhaul that was basically the inspiration for every other improvement overhaul I've ever used. I made it out of personal preference, but it still requires a lot of balance.
- Technology tree
Removes stackable perks but retains the same linear progression path. Most vanilla perks have been changed to use a rough formula that uses cast value multipliers (e.g. in vanilla, upgrading a magic skill reduces the spell cost regardless of the perk chosen. Perks don't replace that mechanic, they just reflect them) instead of flat bonuses determined by what they do. This means that their effectiveness is almost always tied to skill level.
- class
Player classes from Morrowind/Oblivion have been removed in Skyrim. Most perks have been renamed to reflect the various playstyles found in these classes, although some liberties have been taken since Skyrim has fewer skills (and no attributes). The names of the perks are irrelevant and changed for my personal immersion and to help sort them.
-Comparability
As always, make sure you have the unofficial Skyrim patch. It only affects the perks and related variables that are part of them (some magic effects, spells, etc. can be adjusted).
-Disclaimer
This mod is presented as-is in an almost non-functional state. It's barely been fully tested and serves more as a proof of concept than a full-blown mod. Fortunately, most changes are minimal and can be easily changed at your own discretion.
-Permissions
Feel free to find what you want, most are concepts recreated from other mods.

-Skill Trees
Stackable perks are removed, but the same linear progression path is retained. Most Vanilla perks have been changed with a crude formula that uses Actor Value multipliers(e.g. in Vanilla, leveling up Magic skills decreases spell cost, irregardless of perks chosen. Perks don't replace that mechanic, they just mirror them) instead of flat bonuses to determine what they do. This means that their effectiveness is almost always tied to the level of the skill.

Most perks have been renamed to reflect various playstyles found in these classes, albeit with some liberties taken since Skyrim has less skills(and no attributes). As always, make sure you have the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. It only affects perks and the related variables that are a part of them(a few magic effects, spells, etc. may be tweaked).
-Disclaimer
This mod is presented as-is in a barely functional state. Almost none of it has been thoroughly tested and exists more as a proof-of-concept and less of a comprehensive mod. Most changes, fortunately, are low-impact and can be easily changed at your discretion.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
