Added a player-owned farm outside of Whiterun
tundra watch farm
This is a port of my Tundra Watch Farm mod for Skyrim that I've made a lot of changes/additions/improvements from the original mod.
I originally created this mod for one of my own characters to use as a home and decided to release it to the modding community. This home doesn't have armor, dragon claws, masks, elder scrolls, hot tubs, secret underground vaults or anything that isn't in the vanilla game. It's designed to be absolutely user-friendly, and looks as if it could have been included in vanilla Skyrim. I've put countless hours into this mod over the past 5 years and I hope others enjoy it as much as I do. Even if you don't call it a home, it's still a great addition to the suburb of Whiterun.
This house is compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions so you can move your spouse and 2 kids into the house
Requires Dawnguard and Hearthfire!

Known issues:
Player spouses don't move around the court much and tend to stay in one position. I have tried several times to resolve this issue but have not yet been successful in resolving this issue. If anyone can solve it or let me know I'd really appreciate it!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
