About this mod Machine translation

If you've installed Creation Club's Tundra Homestead and then installed Skyrim's Dogs, you'll notice some bad clipping on the Tundra Homestead entrance, which this patch returns to normal.

After purchasing the Tundra Homestead at Genesis Club I noticed some horrible clipping and missing ground outside the entrance and after looking around the neighborhood the only conflicting thing I saw seemed to be the dog house from Dogs of Skyrim. Since there are no compatibility patches readily available, I opened both in SSEdit and merged the landscape changes, prioritizing Tundra Homestead, in order to get the land working again.

Needless to say it worked for me, I don't know if there will be any other issues in between or if this patch will break anything (it shouldn't and I haven't noticed any issues) so use at your own risk.

This patch also doesn't use the Dogs of Skyrim compatible version, which makes Dog House compatible with other mods, unfortunately it actually moves the Dog House on top of the Tundra Homestead and results in worse clipping, so if you're using the compatibility grid they provide, you'll have to remove them or decide which mod you want to keep.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
