The vanilla just takes too long for me. There's almost no point in getting into the legendary world, you have to invest in stamina if you want enough carry weight, and there's some weird grinding involved in order to level up. You are the Dragon God. You should be able to feel like a human being. This special ini file was created for use with Ordinator: Perk Overhaul. It won't cause crashes, but if you decide not to use it, you will end up accumulating unused skill points very quickly.
[detailed overview]
Character skill level changes
All skill experience gained has been adjusted by:
[Skill name=Growth factor]
OneHanded = 1.15
TwoHanded = 1.15
Maxman = 1.15
retardation = 1.15
Smith = 1.15
HeavyArmor = 1.15
LightArmor = 1.15
Pickpockets = 1.15
LockPicking = 2.00
Stealth = 1.35
Alchemy = 0.75
SpeechCraft = 1.25
Change = 3.00
Spell = 1.25
Destruction = 1.15
Hallucination = 1.50
Recovery = 1.20
Enchantment = 1.75
Depending on character level, all skill advancements will be increased by a factor:
[Character level = growth factor]
1 = 1.00
25 = 1.25
50 = 1.50
100 = 2.00
125 = 2.25
150 = 2.50
175 = 2.75
200 = 3.00
225 = 3.25
250 = 3.50
275 = 3.75
300 = 4.00
325 = 4.25
350 = 4.50
375 = 4.75
400 = 5.00
425 = 5.25
450 = 5.50
475 = 5.75
500 = 6.00
525 = 6.25
550 = 6.50
575 = 6.75
All skill progression will be further adjusted based on the level of the skill itself
[Skill Level = Growth Factor]
1 = 2.25
20 = 2.00
30 = 1.50
40 = 1.00
100 = 0.75
TLDR: As you level up, you gain more and more skill experience. The skill experience you gain will progress rapidly at first, drop to normal levels after skill level 40, and drop below normal levels at level 100 and above.
What this means for the legend system
Because of this line above, the legend now actually means a lot. Resetting your level will cause the level to rise faster next time and around turns, speeding you up. Legendary skill reset is now 1 instead of 0
Changes in load capacity
You will now increase your random weight by upgrading any of the 3 core attributes. (Health, Magicka, Stamina) changes as follows
[Character level = load bearing]
[If you choose health]
1 = 3
25 = 6
50 = 9
100 = 11
150 = 17
200 = 20
250 = 23
300 = 25
350 = 28
400 = 42
450 = 45
500 = 50
[If you choose Magicka]
1 = 1
25 = 1
50 = 2
75 = 4
100 = 6
125 = 8
150 = 10
175 = 12
200 = 14
225 = 16
250 = 18
275 = 20
300 = 22
325 = 24
350 = 26
375 = 28
400 = 30
425 = 32
450 = 34
475 = 36
500 = 40
[If you choose Stamina]
1 = 5
25 = 10
50 = 12
75 = 14
100 = 16
125 = 18
150 = 20
175 = 22
200 = 24
225 = 26
250 = 28
275 = 30
300 = 32
325 = 34
350 = 36
375 = 38
400 = 40
425 = 42
450 = 44
475 = 46
500 = 50
[Finish......]
Thank you for taking a look at this ini :D I hope you like it. If I get good enough recommendations, I could add a different version of the ini to better suit other flavors :D I could also improve the one I'm currently using and reflect the changes above with an update. Plz endorse if you like it. First time submission to the site.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
