Overview

A simple mod that makes the temple more immersive and adds content for religious worship.

You can no longer just accept any random blessing from any temple. Using a deity now allows you to choose whether to worship the deity or not. If you do this, you will kneel in awe and be blessed by God and empowered to pray to them anywhere.

However, the duration of the blessing is much shorter than in vanilla Skyrim: five hours instead of eight. Before the blessings run out, pray or worship at their shrine to reset the duration to a real-time two or three hours respectively. You can keep your blessings this way indefinitely.

If you give up your blessing, you will need to return to their temple and choose to worship them again.

Akatosh-Dragon Soul: Armor value increased by 50 points. Skill books read while praying will provide you with additional skill points for that skill.

Arkay - Blood of Arkay: Increases health by 25 points. Healing potions consumed while praying are 50% more powerful.

Dibella - Fun: 10% more prices. Food and potions consumed while praying last 25% longer.

Julianos - Inspiration: Increases Magicka by 25 points. Praying for a quick regeneration of Magicka.

Kynareth-Wanderlust: Increases endurance by 25 points. Pray to discover nearby map markers.

Marla - Hearth Healer: Healing spells and effects heal 10% more. Pray for healing from illnesses affecting you and your allies.

Stendarr - Sacred Fire: Deals 15% bonus attack damage to undead, dra and dragons. They can be seen through the walls while praying.

Talos-Stormlord: Shout cooldown reduced by 20%. Pray for immediate completion of the shout cooldown.

Zenithar - Spirit of Entrepreneurship: Enchanting and blacksmithing effects are increased by 10%. Pray to indicate the 15 nearest mineral veins and plants.

Azura - Moon Shadow Petals: Resist 10% of magic. While praying, weapons recharge 25% more.

Boethiah - Assassination: Deals 10% additional sneak attack damage. While praying, people nearby can be seen through the walls.

Mephala - Venom: The poisons you mix are 15% better. Pray for the poison to be applied to the weapon during the last two extra hits.

Nocturnal - Suspense: While sneaking, you are 10% harder to detect. The prayer points to the nearest 15 containers, doors and keys.

Auriel - Perception: Learn all skills 10% faster. Pray that you can sense the presence or absence of nearby opponents.

No longer can you just accept any random blessing from any shrine. Using a shrine now presents you with a choice to worship the deity or not. If you do, you kneel in reverence and receive the deity's blessing and the Pray power, allowing you to pray to them anywhere.

However, blessings last for a much shorter time than in vanilla Skyrim: five hours instead of eight. Pray or worship at their shrine before the blessing runs out to reset the duration to two or three hours of real time respectively. You can keep the blessing up indefinitely in this fashion.

Should you let the blessing lapse, you will need to return to their shrine and choose to worship them again.
