About this mod Machine translation
Wearable lantern oil recipe with added troll fat.
[describe]
Added recipe to create lantern oil from a wearable lantern using troll fat in a pot. Made for others (like me) who don't use Hunterborn but still want a way to make their own oil. Compatible with everything. ESP is marked as ESL.
1 troll fat = 2 lantern oil
This may seem like a lot, but keep in mind that Troll Fat isn't available until late in the game. Staring at it seems like a blur of realism, it's about how much oil you can get from a modest amount of fat in a bowl, since they're not very big bottles of oil.
[Install]
- Load my mod into the mod manager of your choice.
- Place my ESP below the wearable lantern's ESP in loading order
- Make sure to activate my plugin and you are good to go.
[Not installed]
Safe to uninstall at any time. Remove the mod from the mod manager.

[DESCRIPTION]
Adds a recipe to create lantern oil from Wearable Lanterns using troll fat at a cooking pot. Made for other people (like me) who don't use Hunterborn, but still want a way to craft oil for themselves. Compatible with everything. ESP flagged ESL.
1 Troll Fat = 2 Lantern Oil
This may seem like a lot, but keep in mind troll fat isn't easy to come by until later in the game. Eyeballing it for a vague semblance of realism, this is about how much oil you could get out of the modest bowl of fat, as they aren't very large oil bottles.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
