This is a small player near Rorikstead (between Rorikstead and Talking Stone Camp) with no internal cells. The house has a rustic exterior, while the interior is a blend of country and luxury styles.
The house and surroundings contain:
- A double bed, located in the hollow part of the rock, where the house was built, filled with hay and covered with furs and pillows.
- Open chest for wardrobe and shoes. It's actually a container called "clothes".
- A table and a cup with many alchemical related things inside. Cabinets and tables serve as receptacles called "alchemical supplies" and "writing desks."
- An alchemical laboratory partially hidden on a table.
- Pillow throne with vanilla throne animation.
- Kitchen cabinets, which act as containers called "kitchens".
- Hearthfire oven hidden in the wall next to the sleeping area.
-Hearthfire Cream Mixer that works great.
- A workbench with tools (no animation) and a toolbox on top called "Tools and Weapons".
- There may still be "rebirth" of several generic crates, sacks, end plates, etc. that should not be used.
- Tanning rack in the lower part of the house.
- There is no animated grist mill in the lower part of the house.
- A lumber mill that does not play the sawing animation, only logs improve. (help appreciated)
- A supply warehouse next to the door. There is a box called "Supplies" that can be stored safely.
- Outside there is a whetstone, anvil and wooden chopping board.
- Garden with 36 plots of fertile soil. (If loading the mod from savegame, give it a few days and change the cells)
- With this mode you can milk goats. chicken nest
- Two chicken nests and an apiary, although the chicken nests produce quite a lot of eggs (not bad for no chickens).
- Charcoal kiln as smelter. You need to activate it by clicking on the pile of coal behind the smelter.
- A pile of junk called "trash" that serves as a receptacle for things you don't need. If you change your mind: Containers are safe. I just like places to dump stuff.
- A small waterfall and pond to get water and bathe.
- Water wheels for running grain and sawmills (just decoration, but animated of course).
- Area for campfires and pots.
- There are two places where dragons can land and roast you (although that wood and dirt hut provides unexpected protection) and where a dragon crashes.
- A beautiful view and many of the wild ingredients that I actually used for decorative purposes could certainly be utilized.
Things the house doesn’t have:
- It has no mannequins, weapon or armor racks, trophy or mask racks, shrines or work bookshelves.
- Although there is a chicken nest, there are no chickens as they are always inside the house.
- It does not have fixed cooking pots and fires as this mod is designed to be used with Campfire and other survival mods.
- It doesn't have glamorous tables.
- There are no fish in the pond, but there are several great fishing (and hunting) spots nearby.
- No bathtubs, saunas, massage tables, love swings or likes, the cabin is already romantic enough to win your most desired heart...
- It has no fast travel marker. It's not far from Rorikstead and not far from Talking Stone Camp, so you can travel there. Or just use the Creation Kit.
- Horses have no stables.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
