What better place to live than Longqiao?

This is my 12th mod and one of my favorites because it's so unique.

It has everything you need in a player's home, including beds for 8 followers and a wife/spouse. In fact, it comes with a potential wife named Coliena who is also a valid follower/fighter for UNP, and

Northern Vampire.

The Shivering Sun Cave can be accessed through the doorway to the indoor dining area

Hotel area. It has permanent sunlight that lingers over the lake, allowing plants and natural life to flourish. You and your troops will enjoy swimming (with automatic belays), or relaxing by the fire... that is, after you've delivered a "kill" on some deadly foes.

The cave also features a second arts and crafts area, another arts and crafts area within the lodge.

The inn has a warm and cozy feel and offers plenty of storage containers, display racks and boxes as well as several mannequins.

The outdoor forged balcony is distinctive and offers stunning views of the Dragon Bridge.

The smelter and wooden chopping block are located below the hut, between the pillars that support the hut.

Install:

Use the Mod Manager by pressing the big green button in the file download window, or install the files manually by placing them in your Skyrim data folder.

conflict:

I currently know of no conflicts regarding this mod and have tested navmesh thoroughly.

I also cleaned up the mod with Tes5Edit and played with 7 minions inside and outside the hut with no crashes or freezes.

Trembling Sun Cave is accessed through a hatch in the indoor dining

area of the lodge.  It features a perpetual sun which hovers above the lake, allowing plants and natural life to thrive. You and your troops will enjoy taking a swim (featuring autostrip), or relaxing by the fire... that is after you put the "smackdown" on a few deadly enemies.

The cave also features a secondary crafting area additional to the one in the lodge.

The lodge has a warm and comfy feel and includes plenty of storage containers, display racks and cases, as well as several mannequins.

The outdoor smithing balcony is unlike any other and offers spectacular views of Dragonbridge.

The smelter and wood chopping block lay beneath the lodge, among the pillars that support it.

Installation:

Use the  Mod Manager by pushing the big green button in the file download window, or install the file manually by placing it inside of your Skyrim Data Folder.

Conflicts:

I currently know of no conflicts regarding this mod and have tested the navmesh thoroughly.

I've also cleaned the mod with Tes5Edit and have played my 7 followers in-game inside and outside of  the lodge with no freezes or crashes.
