First off, this is just the vanilla Thieves Guild armor, Imperial Light Boots, and Farmer's Gloves revamped stats from my personal collection. I've always liked this gear but wanted my royal tier. It's about progress and personal taste. Everyone can work out on the bench and be mesmerized.

It should be good to go with any mods you are running. The only issue I can see is if you are running a mod that alters the blacksmithing talent tree.
LOOT should be used for load order of course.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
