About this mod Machine translation
Almost all NPCs can be trained by you with different skills and different proficiency levels, with the option to replace the vanilla blending system with a pure training system.
The LE version is available here.
TL;Ph.D.
In fact, all NPCs are now trainers and can train you to various proficiencies in a variety of skills.
There is no cap on how often you can train for each level, and you can choose to turn off the "train only" system for vanilla skill leveling.
MCM allows players to adjust training costs as well as level caps for different trainers.
Use existing dialogue to fit seamlessly into vanilla Skyrim.
Compatible with everything.
summary
Trainer Galore replaces and extends the vanilla training system so that almost any NPC can train you, allowing a single NPC to train you multiple different skills (and different proficiencies for each skill) and allowing you to train as many times as you want for each level. You can choose to use the Community Uncapper to prevent skills from improving through practice (as happens in vanilla), making Trainers Galore replace the leveling system entirely.
how it works
Trainer Galore has added a new dialogue option to all NPCs asking for training ("I'm looking for training, can you help? I'll pay."). If you select it, the game checks the NPC class to determine what skill training they offer and how well they can train you in the skill (there are four levels; Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, and Master). The available training options (e.g. "Smithing [master]") are then provided and you can select the skill you want to train. If you choose a skill, one of three things will happen: (1) If you exceed the skill level the trainer will explain that they have nothing to teach you, (2) If you don't have enough money, the trainer will refuse to teach you, (3) If you have gold and the NPC has the skill then your skill level will increase by one and you will lose the amount of the training fee.
example
Let's start with Belethor, the owner of Whiterun's general merchandise store. His class is Pawnbroker. He is good at convincing customers to buy their products at low prices, he provides master training in voice technology, and he provides professional training in pickpocket training and is good at training, he also has basic self-defense abilities and so on. He is an apprentice trainer of one-handed weapons.
On the other side of town is Jarl's bodyguard Irileth. She is a night knife. She provides expert training in destruction and stealth, expert training in one-handed and modification, and proficiency training in light armor.
Costs and Caps
Training costs and training caps for different levels of trainers can be configured through MCM. The default values are as follows:
horizontal cost cap
Master 1000 nothing
Expert 750 75
Proficient 500 50
Apprentice250 25
Please note that the fee depends on the trainer, not the student (you). So, no matter your level, training with a head coach can be expensive. Therefore, Apprentice Trainers are actually better for lower level characters because they are cheaper. As you get better, you will have no choice but to train with more expensive trainers.
Who is excluded?
Although almost all NPCs are trainers, there are four exceptions: (1) NPCs with unique voices, which is because they lack much necessary dialogue, (2) children, who lack dialogue but also make sense not to train adults, (3) generic guards, who have dialogue but I think they'd be too busy training passers-by, (4) hostile enemies like bandits who can actually train you if you can calm them down somehow, but I haven't tested this.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
