This is an updated and republished To Your Face (ported by xILARTH), with the original text provided by underthesky.
Original:
Prevent NPCs from randomly greeting unless they are in front of the player.
motivation
Winking Skeever is packed with people when you enter. Rent a room - miraculously still available - and you can go to one of the few empty chairs. When you sit down your head turns around, your mouth opens, and an endless flood overflows:
what is it? - What do you need? - Yeah? - Let's hear it! - Do you have questions? - What do you need, you poor wretch? -......
This mod works by modifying the game code using SKSE. There is no script. There is no esp file. Feel free to install safely (un).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
