Thunder Cloak-Frost Cyclone Lightning Cloak

Adds three spell domes to the game, allowing players to use Frost, Cyclone, and Lightning Cloaks simultaneously for 45 seconds. Grants 25% fire resistance when active.

I've released a new mod titled "Oversized Cloak - Elemental Cloak Combination Spell Combined with Reduced Cloak Graphics FX" where the spell has more effects and is therefore more powerful than the Thunder Cloak and is well balanced. The Ultra Cloak page also features an optional master file that reduces visual obstruction when casting cloak spells with adjustments to the Cloak Spell Magic Effect FX. The Ultra Cloak files also include the Thunder Cloak spellbook from the game world, so it is recommended to download the successor mod to get both spells as well as the built-in visual upgrades.

Super Cloak - combines elemental cloak spells with reduced cloak graphic effects

This mod adds three identical spell tomes to the game, allowing the spell called "Thunder Cloak" to be learned. This is a combination of frost, whirlwind and lightning cloak that lasts 45 seconds when cast. It causes 10 points of frost damage and stamina damage to nearby enemies every second, and has a chance to fall. It causes 10 points of shock damage and half the magic card damage to the basic enemy. Also gains 25% fire resistance while the cloak is active.

The combined effects of Thunder Cloak may be considered powerful, and thus for balancing purposes:

Charging time increased from 0.5 seconds to 1.5 seconds

Duration reduced from 60 seconds to 45 seconds.

The base magic cost to cast this spell is 500. Reference: According to CK's data, the price of Frost Cloak is 316, and the price of Blizzard is 1106.

Classified as a primary destructive spell. (It is still possible to cast with one hand).

Location:

A spell tome can be found on the table in Farengar's study in Whiteen. Another magic book can be found on the table of Urag gro-Shub in the Arcanaeum of Hermitage Academy. The third spell tome can be obtained at the top of the mountain in the Throat of the World.

Require:

Skyrim Special Edition. Make sure DLC is enabled for Special Edition. They are enabled by default.

compatibility:

Almost any mod. This is additive and therefore game safe. This does not change the properties of any other existing magic spells or effects.

Recommended modules:

Works perfectly with Enadi Siaion's Ordinator-Skyrim Perks. Master the improved Frost and Shock abilities in the Destruction Revitalization tree to unleash the full potential of the Thundercloak onto any obstacle you encounter.

I have released a new mod titled 'Ultra Cloak - Combined Elemental Cloak Spell With Reduced Cloak Graphics FX' in which the spell is comprised of more effects and therefore more powerful than Thunder Cloak, yet appropriately balanced.  The Ultra Cloak page also has an optional main file which reduces visual obstruction when casting cloak spells via tweaks made to the cloak spell Magic Effect FX. The Ultra Cloak file also includes the Thunder Cloak spell books in the game world, so it's recommended to download the successor mod instead to get both spells as well as a visual upgrade built-in.
