Added an ancient palace to the south of Skyrim to serve as the player's home

greeting,

This mod adds a palace called "Throne of Jeralls" to your game that you can use as your player's home. I've always been green with envy of Jarl Ulfric's fine old palaces and wanted to use the assets to create one of my own.

Location: In the southern part of Skyrim, marked on the map. Head to Helgen and head south and west. You will reach a fortress called Bloodlet Throne. Look for the snow slope above it and then ascend. Along this road you will find the palace.

Acquisition: If you wish, you can decide to pay for the palace (for immersion reasons). Go to Gray Pine Goods in Falkreath and buy the deed (section: "Books") from the owner. In it, you'll find instructions on how to get there and what to do. If you want to get it for free, just walk to the palace, murder the elf standing at the entrance, and then rob him for the key.

feature:

-Medium/Large Palace

-Lots of beds for your entourage/servants/family/in order :P

-Full set of vanilla making equipment

-Your own private sauna

-Beautiful views

-Attention to detail

Apparently, all storage in and around the property is secure.

If you're looking to move your family here, I recommend using Witchriser's Custom Family Home module. This is what I use and it's very convenient.

enjoy your meal:)

Greetings,

This mod adds a palace called 'Throne of the Jeralls' to your game, which you can use as a player home. I've always been green with envy of Jarl Ulfric's fancy, ancient palace, and wanted to create one of my own using those assets.

Location: In the south of Skyrim, already marked on your map. Go to Helgen and take the path to the south and west. You'll reach a fort named Bloodlet Throne. Look for a snowy slope beyond it, and go up. Follow this path and you'll find the palace.

Acquisition: If you are so inclined, you can decide to pay for the palace (for immersion reasons). Go to Gray Pine Goods in Falkreath, and buy the deed from the proprietor (section: 'books'). Within, you'll find instructions how to get there and what to do. If you prefer to get it for free, just walk over to the palace, murder the elf who stands at the entrance, and loot him for the key.

Features:

-A medium/big palace

-Lots of beds for your followers/servants/family/in that order:P

-Full array of vanilla crafting equipment

-Your own personal sauna

-Great views

-Attention to detail

Obviously, all storage in and around the property is safe.

If you wish to move your family here, I recommend using the Custom Family Home mod by Witchriser. It's what I use, pretty handy.

Enjoy:)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
