About this mod Machine translation

As your summoning skills improve, gradually increase the summoning/restoration limit. The Dead Thrall spell also works at all levels. The Perk tree has also been modified.

So you've invested all the level progression in Magicka with the goal of becoming a great necromancer. Now you're a fighting paper bag who can only summon a frosty atronach to do the fighting for you...well, not anymore! As you progress into the Conjuration skill tree, the limits on summoning and restoration gradually increase. This is an element when attacking forts or engaging in large field battles outdoors.

DEAD THRALL: This spell now works on any dead NPC, regardless of level. You kill them, you can keep them. It should be so.

LOAD ORDER: It would be better to change this mod to something that modifies spells, like Phenderix's Magical World (which is awesome).

Update: I've redesigned this and here's a summary of the changes:

*Maximum number of thralls added slightly less than original perk tree entry

*I've added a branch to the Perk Tree specifically for increasing your summonable limit. This branch allows you to focus on quickly increasing your magic limit, but does not provide any other benefits or skills. Alternatively, you can use the regular perks in Conjuration and gradually increase your summonable limit. If you think it's too much, ignore the left-hand addition branch of the perk tree.

Compatibility: I don't think this is compatible with anything else that modifies the Conjuration Perk tree. However, since I've done zero testing of this, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

PLS PLS PLS If you find this bug, please let me know; this is my first time trying to modify a perk tree in SE Skyrim, so I may have messed it up.

So you've invested all your level progressions in Magicka with the aim of becoming a great necromancer. Now you're a paper bag in combat and can only call one frost atronach to do your fighting for you... Well, no longer! The limit for summoning and reanimating progressively increases as you progress through the Conjuration skill tree. This is in its element when assaulting forts or fighting large field battles outdoors.

DEAD THRALL: This spell will now work on any dead NPC regardless of their level. You kill 'em, you can keep 'em. As it should be.

LOAD ORDER: best to put this mod AFTER things that modify spells, such as Phenderix's Magic World (which is awesome).

UPDATE: I have reworked this, here is a summary of the changes:

  • there are slightly less additions to the max number of thralls through the original perk tree entries
  • I have added a branch to the Perk Tree that specifically deals with increasing your summonable limit. This branch allows you to concentrate on raising your conjuration limit quickly, but provides no other benefits or skills. Alternatively, you can use the regular perks in Conjuration and gradually raise your summonable limit as you go. Ignore the left hand added branch of the perk tree if you think it goes too far.

COMPATIBILITY:  I imagine that this will be incompatible anything else that modifies the Conjuration Perk tree. However since I have done ZERO TESTING of this, feedback is appreciated.

PLS PLS PLS if you find an error with this, let me know; this is my first attempt at modifying a perk tree in SE Skyrim, so I may have screwed it up.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
