This sword was suggested by loxyandersss from my Dacian Falx Mod.
As mentioned above, you can craft it in any forge, but you can also find the same special room in the maze as the bust of the Dragon Priest Mask. It is slightly stronger and has frosty frosting.

As said above you can craft it at any forge but you can also find the special one at the Labyrinthian in the same room as the busts for the Dragon Priest Masks. It's slightly stronger and has a frost enchantment.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
