This Is Mine - Claim your property (change bed or make station ownership)

This mod provides less power, allowing players to take ownership of crafting stations, beds, and other interactive objects.

This mod gives you minor powers, allowing taking ownership of all furniture objects that your actor can use. Generally speaking, this means objects like craft stations, chairs, beds, etc…

For example, a table with a bench attached is furniture, but a table without a bench is not because the actors have no animation or game functionality associated with them.

What's the point?

I created this mod for compatibility and personal use, maybe you will find it useful.

For example:

I use stradivuckos for the excellent Crafting Needs Perks, Presai - Enai Siaion's Skyrim Perks, and a lot of custom houses, and sometimes the ownership isn't set up properly and can be problematic.

You requested this mod to allow Bed Vancian magic to benefit from the Coordinator mod which states that you rest in your bed while sleeping or owning a crafting station, avoiding NPCs who want you to pay to use yours, which is very annoying and unimmersive.

How to use:

Power is added automatically on first boot.

Choose the "It's Mine!" power, aim at an object and activate the power-up.

If the object meets the criteria you will see a message "It's mine!", if not you will see "This object cannot be claimed".

How to install:

Just install and activate.

SKSE required

It uses just two small scripts, the first adds a spell that only runs once, and the second only runs when the power is activated. No script is attached to the object.

This mod can be merged.

Notice:

You can use it to cheat, but that's not its purpose.

Be careful when you use it and don't own all of Skyrim ^^

This mod permits you to claim a bed to benefit of Vancian Magic from ordinator mod which imposes you to rest by sleeping in your bed or to own a crafting station and avoid NPCs who want you to pay to use yours which is very annoying and unimmersive.

How to use:
