Thieves Guild quits
This is a small mod designed to cure something that really annoys me, especially when you start doing all the side work quests from Delvin and Vex. There are many of them and you have to either walk all the way down the Ratway or across the reservoir.
This means there are two loading screens per trip. All I did was place a ladder in the Ragged Flaggon that takes you through a trap door to the Riften.
As of version 2.0, you can now enter the Flagon through this door, but it only works after you first find the Flagon, where you can find the key. This will not interfere with the first phase of the Thieves Guild quest. The key can be found on the floor in front of the ladder.
Version 3 - Thanks to HexPex
A potential fix for the Unofficial Skyrim Patch (I say potential because I don't have Skyrim installed) that should make the mod compatible with that patch which I never used

This means you have two loading screens per trip. What I've done is place a ladder in the Ragged Flaggon which takes you out into Riften though a trap door.
As of Version 2.0 you can now enter the Flagon via this door but ONLY after you have first found the Flagon the normal way, by a key you will find inside the Flagon. This is so it doesn't interfere with the first stages of the Thieves Guild Quest. The key can be found on the floor in front of the ladder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
