About this mod Machine translation
Changed Vex, Delvin and Brynjolf's costumes. Also, prevents Brynjolf from wearing the hood after the quest line.
- Main file -
Vex Standard Guild Armor
Vex Variant Guild Armor
Delwin Standard Guild Armor
Brynjolf standard guild armor
These files are very obvious. Typically, these three wear Guildmaster armor for some reason. I know they might be higher up in the guild, but that should be limited to the actual Guildmaster (Brynjolf is the only one of the three that might make sense since he's pretty much second in command). With these, they will wear standard Thieves Guild armor (or in the case of Variant files, Vex will wear the Thieves Guild variant armor set).
Brynjolf No Hood at the end of Questline
I noticed that at the end of the Thieves Guild quest line, Brynjolf put on the hood when changing back to his regular armor. This is because he has two costumes (for some reason), one with the hat and one without. This changed so he kept the hood closed.
- Install and load orders -
To install, use the "Mod Manager Download" button or the "Manual Download" button and extract the download into the main Skyrim SE directory. These are not currently modified by USSEP, so it doesn't matter where you place them in the load order.
- Conflict -
Mild to none. Any edits to the costumes of these specific individuals or TG09 mission records will conflict. I can't think of any mods.
- Disclaimer -
My mods are made using Creation Kit and SSEEdit, and are mostly minor tweaks. They come with vanilla ingredients and the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (or USSEP). USSEP is generally not required (unless stated otherwise), but is highly recommended to get any fixes not included in my mod. Any records (or, in rare cases, scripts) that are edited include fixes for USSEP's current public releases, as well as fixes for any bugs I may find while working on them, which I will report back to the team before uploading.
No additional or unnecessary edits will be made to minimize conflicts. I test my mods beforehand to make sure they work properly. However, if you find any problems with my mod, please let me know in the comments and I will try to fix them. If you have any suggestions for additions or improvements, I will be happy to take them into consideration, but I am under no obligation to act on them.
Also, if you like these mods, please don't forget to support them.

Delvin Standard Guild Armor
Brynjolf Standard Guild Armor
These files are pretty self-explanatory. Normally, these three wear Guildmaster armor for some reason. I know they may be higher-ups in the guild, but that should be restricted to the actual Guildmaster (Brynjolf's the only one out of the three that may make some sense, since he's pretty much second-in-command). With these, they'll wear the standard Thieves Guild armor (or in the case of the Variant file, Vex will wear the Thieves Guild Variant armor set).
Brynjolf No Hood at End of Questline
I noticed that after the Thieves Guild questline is concluded, Brynjolf puts on a hood when he changes back into his usual armor. This is because there are two outfits for him (for some reason), one with a hood and one without. This changes it so he keeps the hood off.
- Installation & Load Order -
To install, either use the "Mod Manager Download" button or the "Manual Download" button and extract the contents of the download to your main Skyrim SE directory. USSEP doesn't modify these currently, so it doesn't really matter where you put them in the load order.

Minor to none. Anything that edits the outfits for these particular individuals or the TG09 quest record will conflict. I can't think of any mods that do either.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
