Stumbling Sabrecat reopens. electrostatic precipitator
The inn reopened when Dunstad Castle was occupied by the garrison.
There was no desperate need for another hotel, it was just for immersion.
Warning: Sorry, no fancy interiors or slutty twigs here. :)
compatibility
Must be loaded below the mod editing the same cell.
I know "Medieval Lanterns of Skyrim", "Relight Skyrim" and "Remove Fog from Indoors".
A patch has been fixed for "The Inn" so that the restored Inn can only be accessed after completing the "Enemy of My Enemy" mission.
During the meeting, I also fixed a dialogue scene that was supposed to take place after the fight in the hotel, and it seemed like it might sometimes be skipped.

The inn reopens when Fort Dunstad is occupied by a garrison.
Not that another inn was sorely needed, it's just for immersion.
Warning: no posh interiors or lustful wenches here, sorry.:)

I'm aware of "Medieval Lanterns of Skyrim", "Relighting Skyrim", and "Remove Interior Fog".
Patch for "Rigmor of Bruma", the restored inn is accessible only after having completed the "Enemy of my Enemy" quest.
While I was at it, I also fixed a conversation scene supposed to run after the fight inside the inn, it looks like that sometimes it might have been skipped.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
