Are you playing a mod like Address Unknown or similar games that hide the UI text in front of the door? What should I do if the door is locked? Yes, instant lock selection screen. This mod changes that. Instead of playing the door, which triggers the locking UI, it plays a simple knock and drops a notification telling you no one is home.

Install?

MO2 drag and drop? Of course, you'll also need Skyrim SE.

Are there any bugs or limitations?

To lock the door, you need to sneak. The perk feature only checks external doors to minimize the impact inside dungeons and such.
