The price of fast travel is a dragon soul
If fast travel feels like cheating on you, but you don't want to turn it off completely, this mod can fill the gap.
Each trip costs one dragon soul, and if you don't have one, the possibility of fast travel will be disabled.
There are 2 exceptions. If the travel time (and distance) is short, or traveling in a closed city, there is no soul
will be consumed, but the dragon soul is still required to begin fast travel.
If you have suggestions for further improvements, please let me know.
Install
Extract the contents of the archive to the Skyrim\Data folder and activate the ESL file.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
