“ Frjalsgaror”
A player base at your fingertips
-::About this MOD::-
What you get is a central living area with small rooms surrounding it, including...
Master bedroom, attendant bedrooms, display room, forge area, alchemy/enchantment room, study/library and kitchen.
Closed outside at a small viewing platform.
A combination of fixed, static and loose clutter.
There are more than enough storage and display options for most needs.
All storage is secure...except the bins of course :)
It shows most (but not all) unique and quest items, but...
Only if you have collected them and placed them in the treasure.
None of these mods, the armor or weapons shown are added to this mod.
The bed in the picture is from SOFA-NobleBeds and is not included.
The entire area has been divided by a navmesh, so any followers should be able to move around freely.
Trash Can: External Entertainment
Any items placed here will be permanently removed from the game... so please put them in there carefully... once you put them there they are gone.
Two little cheats:
Raven: An artifact created by a powerful rogue mage.
Any items provided to it will be converted into gold coins...but only for about half of their full value.
Special Enchantment Table: Created by a very powerful wizard.
While using this table, your enchantment skill increases by 10 points
Notice:
Half of the Thieves Guild trophies and Crown of Valencia are generally unobtainable.
Therefore, they cannot be displayed on the shelf unless they are added to the player via other mod/console commands.
Similarly, Elder Scrolls and Black Books are quest items and generally cannot be removed from a player's inventory.
I've added a "Show Shop" button next to the entrance, but that will automatically sort all the precious items in your inventory into GS Treasures, including Elder Scrolls and Black Books.
This may take a long time depending on how many items you have... please be patient.
If you have linked GS and GD as suggested, these items will also appear.
Included for testing monitor only!
"test.txt" a batch file that adds all precious items to the player.
I strongly recommend that you save before using this batch file.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
