Hethoth's Floating Plate

With average speed and agility, this is your default form of flying transport. Equipped with the power to detect life, allowing you to avoid enemies that might shoot into the sky at the expense of Magicka.

Adept level changes spells. Adept-level spelled versions can be obtained from loot, or purchased from Adept or higher Alteration vendors (Tolfdir, Wylandriah) if your Alteration skill is high enough.

It's fast and accelerates quickly, but has a large turning radius, making it more suitable for off-road travel. Equip with favorable wind, which provides a brief speed boost at the expense of Magicka.

Expert level changes spells. Expert level spell versions can be obtained from loot or purchased from an Expert or higher level modification vendor (Tolfdir) if your modification skills are high enough.

Dwarf Scouting Platform

This dwarven invention gets very fast and wanders up and down faster than other inventions, but at a slower pace. Equip the Bthan Bombardment power to fire projectiles at anyone in the target area at the expense of Magicka.

Each flying transport is automatically equipped with two focus spells and a power.

Lead or move forward by casting two Concentration spells simultaneously, similar to tank control. Activate crouch mode to automatically move without having to hold down a button while still being able to manipulate spells. Look up or down to climb or descend; if stationary, this allows you to hover vertically up or down. The power button triggers special effects.

Landing, pausing to look down as you descend to the ground. Alternatively, lower your hands to instantly dispel the spell - just make sure you fly low or above the water.

Incoming enemy attacks and collisions with the environment will cause your transport to explode, knocking you down.

About script loading and stability

Flight models are known to be script heavy and full of bugs, but Flight Miracle takes steps to ensure low script load.

In the air, the script runs 5 times per second. This is a conservative value that adds up to a lower script load than most live loop scripts in other mods, and a lower script load than some combat mods with on-hit effects. Additionally, the script is optimized for performance rather than brevity or clarity, minimizing the number of function calls.

If the load order causes too many scripts to be loaded, which affects performance, an error message is displayed. You may want to reduce the number of heavily scripted mods in your load order.
