Long ago, in the dawn of Nirn's infancy, before the advent of civilization, ancient beasts roamed the ancient continents that would later form the continents known today. They come in all shapes and sizes, some as ferocious as Dadra and some much larger than dragons. One of these beasts is called Behemoth. The large sauropods weighed about as much as a herd of mammoths. They became extinct before the Merethic era.

But before the creation of Mundus was complete, they made some "rough drafts" of the universe. These drafts are actually astral realms made up of several layers of reality. The creation of Mundus is based on the latest final draft, as if Mundus were in its most primitive state, without the interference of humanoid civilization, and with all the original primitive life in which Mundus once flourished in the Dawn Age.

A group of druids (related to the Forsaken) and some Hargrafins sensed the existence of this realm through years of dreams/fantasies and sought a way to enter this place. They researched how to use signatures to create a portal to oblivion, but in order to oblivion, they wanted to reroute the connection to this astral realm. The druids performed many human sacrifices and obtained the hearts of a thousand Spriggans, feeling that the Spriggans had a direct connection to the realm. When they crafted the Sigil, they created portals to the kingdom and brought many of its beasts, such as Behemoth, back into the world for unknown reasons.

The druids even created staves that allowed them to summon these creatures from the realm as if they were Daedra fighting for them.

They can be a real challenge if you try to fight them in melee. Knocking you back +100 feet if you don't block will disorient you from the knockdown, which reduces your speed by half for 2 minutes. Their necks and tails are long, which means their melee range is greater than yours, so keep an eye on your distance. Your best chance of killing them is to use ranged attacks, as they are large, slow, and will use the terrain around you. Their damage is high and therefore their health pool is also high. have fun!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
