small inflatable boat
by williewest10
Originally created for personal use and CK practice, I decided to release it for Oldrim in 2014.
The small inflatable is a small 'home' located in an abandoned fishing boat outside whiterun. Facing the river from the Whiterun gate, you will see small boats "floating" along the river.
It's the bare minimum content to come out of Helgen, the home of players for levels 1-10. As a side note, it's (hopefully still) compatible with Frostfall and the like.

Third place: An overhead view of the Whiterun Suburban Market in Oldrim. (Not included) You can see the horse in the middle left corner and the dwarf in the middle right corner. (Obsolete version, but same location.)
|
Day 6-7: Donation bags. It regenerates and gives the illusion that people are giving you items.
|
12th and 1st: Players warm up their hands with the Oldrim "Dohvakiin Relaxing Too" mod. (not included)
equipment:
1 bed roll
1 Donation Bag (Reborn)
There is 1 storage bag on board
1 semi-hidden safe
1 fire (suitable for frost)
mistake:???
Known conflicts:
Immersive Settlement (Oldrim) or any mod that can edit the area where the stream is.

The Little Dinghy
by williewest10
Originally Created for my personal use and CK practice, I decided to release it in 2014 for Oldrim.
The Little Dinghy is a small starting "home" based inside of an abandoned fishing boat just outside of whiterun. Just follow the river from the Main Gate of Whiterun east, and you'll see the dinghy "beached" on the side of the river.
It was created as a bare-minimum, fresh out of Helgen, level 1-10 player home. As a side note, is also (hopefully still) compatible with Frostfall and the like.
Pic Explanations:

3rd: Overhead view with the Oldrim "Whiterun Outskirts Market." (Not included) Top-left you can see the Stables, and middle-right you can see The Little Dinghy. (Outdated version, but same location.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
