Chief Mage's Living Area: On the table on the left after entering the main room

College of Poets: Behind the bowl of apples on the table on the left after entering the college

Blue Palace: On the table on the right after entering the palace

Castle of Gloom: The lower right corner of the display cabinet on the right after entering the palace

Wochha Castle: On the chest of drawers next to the soul stone cabinet and enchanting table on the second floor

Winter Residency Academy: After entering the Hall of Elements, go straight to the chair at the end

Morning Star Club: Down a flight of stairs and on a table next to a pot. (I didn’t find this, maybe because I flew in directly using the console)

Dark Brotherhood: Map table with some daggers stuck in it

Dawnguard Fortress: On the table to the left of the fortress is a map.

Home of the Brave: On the table next to the entrance on the left

The House of Kings: At the Table

Clepsydra: on the table in the middle of the main seating area
