Tel Sarys is a modest Telvanni dimension house located in its own world neighborhood. This is the second in a series of Sheogorath inspirations I plan to make. They are a prequel to another mod I'm working on with the same feel. It's in a bigger world cell than my previous winery, Chateau du Fromage, but it has more to do. There are four different businessmen scattered around their own homes and with their own schedules. There is also a nettle farm forty miles behind, and the Sheogorath shrine next to the water bottle in the front yard.
Tel Sarys also includes a small bottle that can also be used as a health potion. After consumption, it will teleport to a strange world, craft, rest, harvest some Dragonborn ingredients, and restore 10 points of health. There are 50 planting plots surrounding the outer cell, which accept all the plants Hearthfires normally do, as well as plants from Dawnguard and Dragonborn. They will also accept Poisonbloom, but harvest them quickly. I've extended the timer long enough to harvest them without setting traps for them but the traps haven't been completely removed yet.
It's fully navigable, and while followers won't follow you, they can move around if you have a mod with the summoning spell, and two beds are also available if you choose to park them. You can find bottles upstairs at the New Gnisis Cornerclub. It's not considered theft, so if you get caught, the bottle won't be taken away. Consume the bottle and you're good to go. When you're ready to return to Tamriel, activate the empty bottle in the front yard and you'll be teleported back to the same spot you left, or use the map in the main house to teleport to any of the major cities and Raven Rock if you've already been there. After leaving your reservation, you will be given a new bottle. (Yes, I know this is a huge world space for a house, and no, I don't care and wouldn't change it. So don't ask. I made it that big to make the cells look like they are depicted in the bottle.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
