Reason for reupload:
The person who first ported "InAComaDial999" canceled all his mods/ports due to personal reasons.
Description from the original mod:
So you've downloaded Funny NPCs, Inconsequential NPCs, Patrollers, Travelers, and you have the Populated series ongoing. You like to have a lot of NPCs. But you'll see it when you enter the tavern at night; everyone is crowded together because there aren't enough available items and tokens to interact with. This attempts to alleviate the problem; it places more markers to allow NPCs to sandbox more options in inns. This also allows the innkeepers to eat while working because they are hungry too.
Compatible with Immersive Citizens AI overhaul (highly recommended, made sure I had my mod next to it)
Compatibility versions (1.1a and above) can be placed anywhere in the load order
Instructions: Place the file into the Skyrim data folder and make sure the file is selected in the load order or mod organizer

The person who did the first port "InAComaDial999" took down all his mods/ports for personal reasons.
Description from original mod:
So you've downloaded Interesting NPC's, Inconsequential NPC's, Patrols, Travelers and you have the Populated series going on. You love having lots of NPC's. But then when you go into the tavern at night, you see it; all of them huddled together by the door because there are not enough available objects and markers with which they can interact. This attempts to alleviate that issue; it places more markers to allow npc's more options to sandbox in inns. This also allows innkeepers to eat while they are working, because they get hungry, too.
Compatible with Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul (and highly recommended, make sure my mod is immediately below it)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
