Considering that a friend of mine wanted to be able to use Dagi-Raht Race with Imperious despite the lack of custom race support, I created a patch myself between Imperious and Sacrosanct, and finally Hunterborn as another patch. These are safe merges as they touch completely separate aspects of the mod they patched with dagi-raht.
The Imperious patch changed the dagi-raht's name to "Ohmes-Raht" given that the depiction of the dagi-raht in The Elder Scrolls: Legends doesn't closely resemble the appearance of the dagi-raht race. What's more, the description of Khajiit's ohmes-raht variety is one of oh-so-oh-but-with-a-fur. Since ohmes are humanoid variants present in Daggerfall, the dagi-raht race is closer to ohmes-raht. What's more, it also changes their +15 Fantasy to +10 Speech to bring their skills in line with the Relentless total and reflect their status as diplomats, similar to Ormus' role. Finally, it gave khajiit racial power and racial pursuits, replacing dagi-raht power.
The Sacrosanct patch adds the ability for dagi-raht to be recognized as khajiit by Sacrosanct. However, it does not contain any changes from the Imperious patch.
Third, the Hunterborn patch adds the dagi-raht race to the list of clawed races. Considering the animation when unarmed, it seems safe to say that they do have one.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
